Punters at the 99p Store in Hornchurch have been repelled and left the store thanks to decaying stinking rats.

The store has had a rat infestation and it would seem that the pest controller has used poison rather than break back traps. The rats have eaten the poison and died in the roof voids and wall cavities, making the job of recovering them impossible.

Pest controllers hate it when rats die in a premises and can’t be recovered, but unfortunately is does happen.
