Vulnerable man has £4300 conned from him by a villian

Michael Casey, a conman and knocked on the front door of Mr Montacute and held a rat in a carrier bag up to him. Mr Casey went on the tell Mr Montacute that the garden of the house he was living in was teaming with rats. Mr Montacute of Chelsea Road, Easton who has learning difficulties was told it would cost him and he handed over £4300.

This sort of thing makes me sick to my stomach. It’s bad enough conning people but to con vulnerable people, well that’s just the pits.
