Our work is complete on former Binns site in Sunderland city centre
We have finished our work on the Grade II listed building in High Street West, Sunderland. We were asked by the main contractor to remove pigeon fouling and contaminated items from the one of the earliest Binns Stores.
The pigeon guano was a foot deep in places and it took us the best part of two days to get it all out. Using elbow grease and plenty of biocides the place is now ready for the builders to start their renovations.
Hopefully, the Tyne and Wear Preservation Trust will receive the funding to bring the building back to its original glory. You can read more on the Sunderland Echo Site.
