Stoke Newington pizza shop infested by mice.
Luckily for us this one wasn’t in Sunderland or Newcastle or even Northumberland.
A tip off from a a member of the public lead to environmental health officers visiting the takeaway and closing it down. Mouse droppings were found on many of the fittings in the bar and restaurant causing an “imminent danger” to customers.
Environmental health officers found that pest proofing measures put in place by the owners weren’t good enough.
The shop reopened after a deep clean and pest proofing had been put in place to stop mice entering the premises.
